Another question: I notice some people on Tribe.net have their blog entries on their home pages. How do you do that?

Not sure of the details, but I think you have to do this first.
tribe.net/tribe/servlet...ileRedirect.vm
Tell me how that goes and we can move to the next step.

Tribe recently put out a limited distribution beta release of its new profiles. This will enable you to fully customize the appearance of your profile. As well, there are several new modules which are not available in the old format profile. These new modules include:
- simple blogging capability
- ability to import RSS feeds (could be fm your existing blog that's somewhere else)
- lists creation (for books, music, DVDs, or anything else you'd like)
- photo modules (let's you put pics all over your profile)
- Amazon wish list (let's you import your Amazon wish list on to your and display this on your profile)
- del.icio.us list (you can import your bookmarks fm a service called "del.icio.us")
Initially, your blog will not be publishable out beyond Tribe, but that too will eventually be made available.
Cheers... -

I stand corrected, as Randy's provision of the link above shows that some times beta trials are difficult to control even when providing these on a limited basis to loyal members only.
Have at it Bakari, the new stuff is fun. -

Hi Pierre,
Glad to be at ends with you again. Are you suggestion, I'm a bad member because I posted that link?
Thanks,

Hell no, you rock for posting that link! I kept seeing my friends getting the new profiles and was feeling left out. The one thing I'd really like to see is the posts from my blog feed go on the home page under "My Friends Blog Posts." My temporary solution was to also create a tribe blog so I could post recaps of my real blog to help drive some traffic from here.
